ArChat Account and Data Deletion


You may request deletion of your ArChat account and associated personal data. This page explains the process; visiting this page does not automatically delete your account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email soporte@archat.com.ar from the address registered on your ArChat account (recommended for identity verification).
  2. Suggested subject: «ArChat account deletion request».
  3. Include your username or registered email.
  4. You will receive a receipt confirmation when possible.

If you are signed in to the app, go to Settings → Account and use «Request account and data deletion» to open this page.

Data that may be deleted

After processing a valid request, we aim to delete or unlink, as applicable:

Data that may be retained

Some technical or aggregated records may be kept for a limited time for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. System backups may be retained temporarily and purged on a rolling basis; we do not promise instant removal from all backups.

Estimated timeframe

Verified requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 calendar days, depending on volume and identity checks. We will notify you by email when possible.
